Advice to 1Ls: 

There are case briefs online.

I still think you should write your own briefs. (at least your first semester so you learn how to do so) BUT it’s very helpful to compare yours to these online brief or to supplement your briefs with what you find online.

You will feel better prepared and be in less of a panic when you get cold called.
